How OGRA's Daily Pricing Works
Since July 2026 OGRA publishes prices every working day without prior federal approval. The formula uses a rolling seven-working-day average of Platts Arab Gulf assessments (92 RON gasoline for petrol, Dubai crude plus HSD crack for diesel) and the SBP exchange rate. Friday's price applies on Saturday and Sunday. The Petroleum Levy is set by the Finance Division within the cabinet ceiling.
